The Bot is automated trading software that interacts with the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Bot executes trades on your behalf using your own Polymarket account credentials and funds.
The Bot is a tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. No part of this Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.
You acknowledge and accept that:
a) Trading involves risk.
Despite any strategy described as "guaranteed" or "structurally profitable," real-world conditions including but not limited to insufficient liquidity, platform outages, smart contract failures, network congestion, API changes, market resolution disputes, and regulatory actions can result in partial or total loss of funds.
b) Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Historical win rates, profit margins, or backtested results do not guarantee identical outcomes in live trading.
c) You are solely responsible for your funds.
Any USDC, tokens, or other assets used by the Bot remain your property and your responsibility at all times. You bear full responsibility for all trades executed by the Bot on your account.
d) Prediction markets carry unique risks.
Market resolution depends on third-party oracle decisions, which may be delayed, disputed, or resolved in unexpected ways. Funds may be locked until market resolution, which could take days, weeks, or months.
e) You are using your own Polymarket account.
The Bot operates using credentials you provide. You are responsible for the security of your private keys, API keys, and wallet credentials.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creators, developers, and distributors of the Bot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of these third parties. Changes to their services, terms, availability, or functionality may affect the Bot's operation without notice. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party actions or failures.
By using the Bot, you agree that:
a) You are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use prediction markets and automated trading software.
b) You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those related to prediction markets, online gambling, cryptocurrency, and taxation.
c) You understand that prediction markets may be restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of Polymarket and the Bot is lawful where you reside.
d) You will not use the Bot for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, market manipulation, or evasion of sanctions.
e) You will safeguard your private keys, API credentials, and any files created by the Bot. You will not share credentials with unauthorized parties.
f) You will report any bugs or unexpected behavior rather than exploit them.
The Bot stores your credentials locally on your device. We never receive, transmit, or have access to your private keys, API keys, or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your device and credentials. If your credentials are compromised, your funds may be at risk regardless of the Bot's behavior.
We may release updates to the Bot at our discretion. Updates may change functionality, supported strategies, or system requirements. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance. Running outdated versions of the Bot is at your own risk.
All sales of the Bot software are final. No refunds will be provided. You are encouraged to review all available documentation and understand the risks before purchasing.
The Bot, including its source code, compiled binaries, documentation, and associated materials, is proprietary software. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Bot. You may not:
We reserve the right to revoke your license to use the Bot at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Bot and delete all copies in your possession.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creators and distributors of the Bot from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
